Do you charge a call out fee?
No, we charge no call out fee. This means if you want us to look at something that can't be explained over the telephone, we will come and look at the job free of charge. It is all part of the Hale Maintenance Solutions service. You are under no obligation to go through with the job once we estimate how long it will take & how much it will cost.
I have had bad experiences with people who haven't bothered to turn up in the past. Do you give me a time that you will come?
We will always give you a time that we will come and as far as possible that will be an exact time. If anything changes and we cannot keep to that time then we will call you to let you know we are running late or rearrange another time for you. We don't want to waste your time.
How quickly can you come out?
It really depends on the day, but usually we will book you in within the next few days at a time convenient to yourself. Where possible we will come out to you immediately.
What are your normal working hours?
Our usual working hours are 8am-8pm Mon-Sun.
Do your handymen bring tools with them?
Yes. We will come to you fully equipped with all tools to take care of the job at hand.
Do you have any CORGI registered engineers?
No. We are not CORGI registered, and are therefore not able to help you with any jobs involving gas. It is very important that only CORGI registered engineers work on your gas supply i.e. your gas boiler.
Do you only offer a domestic service?
No, we can offer exactly the same service to businesses. For an ongoing contract with preferential rates please contact .
Prices
How much does Hale Maintenance Solutions charge?
We charge £25 per hour.
Does this include materials?
No, these prices don't include materials. If you require us to source materials for the job, we are happy to do this for you. We guarantee that we will purchase the best quality products available at the price you require.
How can I pay you?
We currently accept cash or cheque.
